Shipping Policy

DressCodeDirect LLC is committed to delivering your BOBLOV equipment safely and efficiently. We work with major carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee, with estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 within the continental United States.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Note for International Customers: For inquiries regarding shipping outside the United States, please contact our support team at support@drescodetech.com for a custom quote and availability.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

  • If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or contact your local carrier hub before reaching out to us.

  • For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Damaged Goods

If your BOBLOV camera arrives damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at support@drescodetech.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will expedite a replacement for you.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor the progress of your shipment directly through that link.
