Return & Refund Policy

At DressCodeDirect LLC, we stand behind the quality of our BOBLOV professional equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging, including all cables, mounts, SD cards, and manuals.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

As an authorized BOBLOV provider, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all body camera hardware.

  • If your device is defective upon arrival or develops a technical fault under normal use, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of discovery.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective returns and issue a replacement or full refund after inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items with visible signs of physical damage or misuse (e.g., cracked lenses, water damage beyond rated specifications).

  • Products where the security seal has been broken on the internal storage/software (if applicable).

  • Customized orders or bulk fleet deployments.

4. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns that have been opened, to cover the cost of data sanitization and testing.

  • Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at support@drescodetech.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and providing shipping instructions.
